 Did you know that we extend a 20% discount on all books purchased for the school, by the school or by the school boards?

The Book Keeper has enjoyed a great relationship with our local schools for over 30 years.  We have an extensive knowledge of the school curriculum, including the mentor texts, character trait books and books that demonstrate the various writing styles. And of course we always have our fingers on the pulse of what's new and popular with our younger readers.

Do you find your school library is saturated with books from one particular supplier? Are looking to expand your selection?  We order directly from publishers allowing us to provide an exciting array of books. We are also able to provide you with a huge amount of educational resources,including classroom decor, puppets and educational games.

Bookraisers

The Book Keeper believes in the value of strong and vibrant school libraries.

Bookraisers are a unique way to increase the number of books in  your library.  This is a great opportunity for your  library to get FREE books! It's easy! Just hand out our reproducible newsletter to your school families. The kids (and parents) visit The Book Keeper and choose books that they would like to see in their library. Some kids pick books that they have enjoyed reading and want to share, ohters choose books that they wish to read when they see them appear in the library. We extend a 20% discount to the families on the books they choose, they fill out a nifty bookplate with the child's first name and stick the bookplate inside the front of the book.  They are also given an attractive enclosure card to inform their teacher that a book has been donated to the library in their name. The Book Keeper keeps all the books at the store until the end of the Bookraiser at which time  we deliver a box full of books to your library! It doesn't cost the school a thing!
